Numbers on our courses and workshops are normally restricted to a maximum of 12 to ensure that each delegate has the opportunity to participate fully and to ask questions. We have consistently found this to be the single most beneficial aspect of the training we deliver. Train to Gain Government Grants In 2010, hjs|people, supported by regional Train to Gain offices, are arranging a series of eleven practical Management & Leadership workshops for CEOs, Managing Directors and Business Owners in the South West and South East regions, to help them with their personal development. Option 1: £500 grant Option 2: £1000 grant You buy two hjs|people Management & Leadership workshops worth £250 each and the government will match-fund a further two workshops (£500) and give you an additional £500 to attend two more. You therefore attend six workshops, but pay for only two. In addition, if you attend six workshops, hjs|people will offer you a FREE HR Audit which includes site visit and written report (normally worth £500), giving you £2000 worth of training and support for only £500. In Option 2, the MD/CEO can elect to delegate up to four of the six workshops to other managers within the business, but must attend at least two personally to qualify for the grant.
