Bryan leads the hjs|people team and brings with him a strong practical approach in all aspects of management.  He has lead many HR related consultancy projects for clients in various areas such as restructuring, TUPE, development through management competencies and advising on implementing compromise agreements.  He is also involved in recruitment and selection for senior positions with clients.  He leads the team with a passion and energy most would find exhausting and outside of work, is a keen tennis player.

Charlotte joined the hjs|people team in January 2009 having previously operated as an HR Advisor within the education, manufacturing and marine industries where her clear thinking and measured approach helped resolve the most tricky situations. Charlotte has quickly made herself indispensable as a member of the hjs|people team.

Dan sits regularly on Employment Tribunals as a panel member and is a central part of the hjs|people team. Before qualifying as an HR professional, Dan has worked in a variety of general management roles. Within the HR profession, he has worked as HR Manager in a number of sectors including distribution and hospitality before joining the hjs|people team as a Senior Consultant. Dan now brings his expansive experience to the team, advising his clients on a broad range of HR and employment law issues.
